Job Description:  Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Position Reports to: Director of Marketing and Merchandising and Store Supervisor

Job Purpose: Act as shipping and receiving clerk, while managing company's inventory

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and send shipments on a daily basis
• Fulfill orders promptly and accurately based on purchase orders
• Organize inventory and keep workspace clean
• Maintain relationships with current vendors
• Keep inventory on all merchandise and mitigate loss and breakage
• Receive shipments and ensure property quality and quantity
• Maintain the companies brand, while working with the Merchandising Director to explore new opportunities
• Accurately account for all spending and billing
• Assist the Marketing and Operation Departments to distribute content
• Create invoices and certificates for international and domestic accounts
• Identify and resolve issues with warehouse, vendors, and customers
• Ensure a high level of customer service to clients; including: park managers, owners, investors, and outside relations
• Ensure accuracy of work   
• Other duties as assigned   

Key Qualifications:

• Inventory management experience
• College experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to think logically, critically, and work well under pressure
• Excellent computer skills, including: Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets etc.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds  
• Forklift certification or ability to learn
• Punctuality
• A can do attitude
