Job Description: Installer/Maintenance/Labor
Position Reports to: Installation Foreman
Installer/Maintenance/Labor Job Purpose Summary: This posiition is a hardworking, self-motivated individual who will travel to various national & some international locations for installation of Trampoline Parks, as well as performing maintenance when needed. This is a skilled labor position that will require fast-pace physical exertion throughout most of the day's work.
When not traveling, position will work out of our welding shop, building trampoline frames as well as metal and wood framing projects. If needed, this position performs maintenance for corporate office buildings.
Installer/Maintenance/Labor Key Responsibilities:
Travel to install trampoline parks in different locations around the country and the world
Load and unload supply trucks
Read blueprints
Organize and assemble according to blueprints
Install pads and steel to create various parts of the trampoline parks
Drill steel into concrete
Operate forklift and scissor lift
Square and chalk areas
Hang black lights
Hang and spring trampolines
Place plywood on decks
Hang nets and cable
Write detailed notes explaining summary of project
Deburr steel pieces
Perform maintenance for offices and trampoline parks
Installer/Maintenance/Labor Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Be self-motivated, a problem solver, and a hard worker
Be able to communicate with team and corporate to get job completed on time
Have past construction experience
Must be able to travel frequently outside of the state (sometimes upwards of 3 weeks at a time)
Must be able to lift 100 lbs., stand, stoop, and pull for long hours
Compensation:
Pay: Base pay + overtime + per diem + travel expenses
